The NP205 Transfer Case Support is a heavy-duty two-piece clamping system designed to add critical structural support to high-torque drivetrain applications.
Manufactured from 3/8" pickled and oiled mild steel, each clamp is high-definition plasma cut in-house and CNC machined to maintain accurate bore tolerances. The two-piece design securely clamps around the rear bearing retainer, reducing case flex and minimizing long-term fatigue caused by drivetrain load, chassis twist, and off-road abuse.
The mounting foot is intentionally left extra long, allowing it to be trimmed for custom fitment depending on crossmember design and available clearance.
This support serves as the foundation for multiple mounting configurations, including DOM bushing, polyurethane mount, rubber mount, or support-only setups.
Compatibility
This support is designed specifically for NP205 transfer cases and will only fit Northwest Fabworks rear billet bearing retainers.
Rear billet bearing retainer not included.
Available Configurations
DOM w/ Bushing Kit
Includes the NP205 upper and lower support clamps, mounting hardware, a 2" × 1/4" wall DOM support tube, polyurethane bushings, bushing sleeve, bushing tabs, mounting hardware, and fasteners required for installation.
Poly Mount Kit
Includes the NP205 upper and lower support clamps, mounting hardware, formed support plate, polyurethane transmission mount, and complete mounting hardware.
Rubber Mount Kit
Includes the NP205 upper and lower support clamps, mounting hardware, formed support plate, rubber transmission-style isolator, and complete mounting hardware.
No Mount Kit
Includes the NP205 upper and lower support clamps with required clamp hardware only.
Important Notes
This product is not a complete crossmember system. Installation may require fabrication depending on vehicle configuration. Mounting components vary by selected kit option.
