This Output Seal Extension is designed for standard BlackBox and EcoBox underdrives to provide proper seal engagement with the transfer case input shaft.
The extension presses into the seal bore at the rear of the BlackBox or EcoBox, positioning the output seal correctly so it seals against the transfer case input. This ensures proper sealing between the underdrive and the transfer case during installation and operation.
Machined in-house from domestic 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this extension provides a precise and durable solution when additional seal depth is required.
The extension is designed to work with Timken seal 710928 and can be modified to allow up to 1" of extension if required for custom drivetrain setups.
Important: This version does not include the seal.
