When clocking a New Process NP231 / NP241 transfer case the added thickness of the clocking ring eliminates the piloting factor of the stock input retainer. The Pilot is important to keep the transfer case concentric to the transmission.
Our 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Input Retainer extends the Pilot 3/8" to maintain proper Pilot Engagement with the back of the transmission.
Included in the kit is:
1x 6061-T6 Billet Input Retainer
1x Input Seal
4x M8 x 1.25 x 25mm Socket Head Cap Screws
