The 32 Spline Rubber Star Washer installs under the output nut on NP205 transfer cases and seals the end of the output shaft splines. This helps prevent gear oil from traveling through the splines and leaking past the yoke.
These washers are commonly replaced during NP205 service, output shaft replacement, or yoke installation. Over time the rubber hardens or deforms, reducing its ability to seal properly.
Designed for 32 spline output shafts with 7/8" threads, this washer is a simple but critical component when sealing the output assembly.
Note: Not compatible with NP241OR applications.
