This NP205 Output Seal is designed for transfer cases running a 32 spline output shaft with a 2-1/8" yoke sealing surface.
The seal installs in the output bearing retainer and seals against the output yoke to keep gear oil inside the transfer case. A double-lip design provides improved sealing against the yoke surface, helping prevent leaks during heavy off-road use and long highway drives.
Over time seals harden and wear from heat cycles and driveline movement, which can lead to leaks at the output yoke. Replacing the seal during service, yoke installation, or transfer case upgrades helps ensure your NP205 stays sealed and operating properly.
