This NP205 Output Seal is designed for transfer cases running a 32 spline output shaft with a 1-7/8" yoke sealing surface, commonly used with 1310 CV yokes.
The seal installs in the output bearing retainer and seals against the yoke hub to keep gear oil inside the transfer case. Over time, seals harden and wear from heat cycles and driveline movement, which can lead to leaks at the output yoke.
Replacing the output seal during service, yoke replacement, or transfer case upgrades helps ensure your NP205 stays sealed and operating properly.
